What is PUL?

PUL means Polyurethane laminate.
It is a fabric that has been laminated with Polyurethane resulting in a leakproof, yet breathable fabric that is perfect for cloth pads. it is also used in baby diapers.
It is very thin and highly durable, as well as soft and flexible. PUL provides a leakproof barrier without being plasticky or crinkly.
If you prefer your pads without PUL, just le me know :)

Where are Padtastic pads made?

All Pads and liners are handmade (by me) in Washington State.
Little variations in material and size are normal and show you that every pad was made just for you!

What types of pads does Padtastic offer?

🌸 Daily Liner
Ultra thin panty liner, perfect for daily use or spotting. Also suitable for cup or tampon backup. No leakproof layer, only 100% Cotton flannel.

🌸 Light Pad
Thin, leakproof pad that is suitable for light flow or daily wear. Also great for menstrual cup or tampon backup.

🌸 Midi Pad
All round protection for your period. Perfect for medium flow. The larger sizes also work great for heav-ish flow since they offer more coverage.

🌸Maxi Pad
Extra wide pads for heavy flow. Great for plus size, overnight and postpartum use. The leakproof layer extends through the wings for ultimate protection.

Care instructions

All pads are machine washable. Use cool water and tumble dry on low. Each order comes with detailed with care instructions.

Can I order my pads without PUL?

Yes! Just let me know and I will skip the PUL. Your Pads or liners will be made with only 100% cotton fabrics. They will be completely breathable, but not leakproof.

Average:

This overnight pad is great! I’ve worn it a few times and I’ve had no leaks! It also washes well. I rinse it out and throw it in my regular wash load in a mesh bag. However, the thickness does take a little bit to get used to.
