🌺 100% cotton flannel is super soft next to your skin and absorbs quickly to leave you with a dry feeling for all day comfort. It also does an amazing job at keeping the pad from shifting! A lot of women report successfully using our pads for sports and yoga!
🌺The core layer of 100% cotton terry cloth absorbs substantial amounts of fluids and makes these pads super absorbent while keeping them comfortably thin.
🌺 A hidden layer of PUL (a laminated fabric that is also used for baby diapers) gives you peace of mind by providing a leak proof, yet breathable layer. Please note that the wings of our Midi Pads are not leakproof.
🌺 The fuzzy polyester thread is super durable and creates soft serged edges that are comfortable even for the most sensitive person!

All orders are shipped with USPS ground advantage. It takes about 2-5 business days to reach you once the order is shipped. You have the option to upgrade to priority mail, which takes 1-3 business days. This upgrade does not affect processing times, only shipping speed.

What is PUL?
PUL means Polyurethane laminate.
It is a fabric that has been laminated with Polyurethane resulting in a leakproof, yet breathable fabric that is perfect for cloth pads. it is also used in baby diapers.
It is very thin and highly durable, as well as soft and flexible. PUL provides a leakproof barrier without being plasticky or crinkly.
If you prefer your pads without PUL, just le me know :)
Where are Padtastic pads made?
All Pads and liners are handmade (by me) in Washington State.
Little variations in material and size are normal and show you that every pad was made just for you!
What types of pads does Padtastic offer?
🌸 Daily Liner
Ultra thin panty liner, perfect for daily use or spotting. Also suitable for cup or tampon backup. No leakproof layer, only 100% Cotton flannel.
🌸 Light Pad
Thin, leakproof pad that is suitable for light flow or daily wear. Also great for menstrual cup or tampon backup.
🌸 Midi Pad
All round protection for your period. Perfect for medium flow. The larger sizes also work great for heav-ish flow since they offer more coverage.
🌸Maxi Pad
Extra wide pads for heavy flow. Great for plus size, overnight and postpartum use. The leakproof layer extends through the wings for ultimate protection.
Care instructions
All pads are machine washable. Use cool water and tumble dry on low. Each order comes with detailed with care instructions.
Can I order my pads without PUL?
Yes! Just let me know and I will skip the PUL. Your Pads or liners will be made with only 100% cotton fabrics. They will be completely breathable, but not leakproof.

I’m a 44-yr old person who has had children and, previous to this purchase, was wearing Stayfree (now Carefree) disposable pads with wings every day due to occasional light urine leakage. I don’t get much of a period anymore (thank you, Mirena IUD!), so the light-flow pads I was using were totally fine. I was concerned by the cost of an item such as this (I’d been researching different brands over the last several years), but also thought there’s no way a homemade-sewn item would compare to a disposable pad with wings. I was so, SO wrong. I love these pads. They wash easily and I lay them flat to dry on a $16 drying rack from Target (purchased before they got rid of their DEI policies). The designs are so beautiful and even my soon-to-be-ovulating child is excited to use them. I plan to purchase MANY more in the future!
